Sat Nijjer, Our current CEO is heading Fortel since 2012. Sat is a graduate in computer science and joined the business in 2005 after a career in Bear Sterns as an investment banker.
Under his leadership Fortel has now grown to be an over £ 100M business enterprise employing a workforce of over 5000 across the UK with business interests ranging from construction, recruitment and security management solutions.
Sat is also an active member of the community representing construction and recruitment industries in the Walsall Economic Board. The Sunday Times Fast track alumni he is passionate about sports and currently the vice chairman of Asian Supports Foundation - A charity which campaigns for equality and inclusion for Asian communities in SPORT
