"The crew finished the move this morning as planned and I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with their work.
They took great care when moving the material, having to push and turn the carts next to glass fronted cabinets and taking great care when placing and aligning the boxes on the shelves.
They were polite and helpful at all times and even rearranged some of the placed boxes to make room for a box that only appeared after the sequence around it had been moved.

All good from our end, thank you. The team were great - timely, good with communication, friendly and helpful. Crates have also now been collected, and so far as we can tell nothing damaged in transit or missing at this point! Overall the only thing that could have been more seamless is if the labels had arrived earlier as planned. But on the whole a great service - thank you!
