Seismic Case Study
Relocating 58 staff from two existing sites to one destination site.
Seismic acquired a smaller software company, Percolate, and wanted to combine the two current serviced offices into one newly refurbished site in Finsbury Square. Unfortunately, the Covid 19 pandemic happened and plans were severely impacted. While their staff were isolating, Nexus packed up the larger office’s IT and pedestal contents, and moved it initially into their smaller office in Late April 2020. Then in late May, their new office was in a suitable to state to be used to store their possessions and equipment, and we took what we’d already packed, along with the smaller office’s contents and moved it into the building site. Finally, in September 2020 we were able to unpack their IT and get all their possessions placed to the plan. Throughout the process, we kept up an ongoing dialogue with the client to shape a changing and fluid plan to fit an uncertain and unpredictable set of circumstances.
